I have been an international educator since 2004, with teaching and leadership roles in Indonesia, Japan and China. Currently Director of Innovation in Learning & Teaching at the Western Academy of Beijing (WAB), my role includes curriculum and professional development, accreditation & authorisation, innovation, strategic development and more. We recently completed both the IB-NEASC CLP and CIS Deep Dive evaluation pathways. A former PZ Cultures of Thinking online coach, I have an MA in International Education from the University of Bath and am currently pursuing and EdD with Bath with early work on GenAI in Education and now a focus on Mastery pathways and portfolios.
