About me
A 1999 graduate of Middlesex, Erika first returned to campus as a coach with the girls’ crew program (leading her fourth boat to a New England Championship in 2005) and subsequently joined the faculty as an assistant director of admissions in 2008. Erika holds a B.A. in psychology from Connecticut College, where she was a four-year varsity rower and captained the team in her senior year. After working in admissions and coaching rowing at Choate Rosemary Hall, she earned an M.B.A. at Harvard Business School, where she served as a research associate for three years.
