About me
I'm the Upper School Principal (6-12) at Frankfurt International School in Germany. Originally from Canada, I’ve been in international education for the past 27 years in Germany, Switzerland, Korea, and Kuwait, plus four years as Head of Development and Recognition with the International Baccalaureate (IB) at the Asia Pacific office in Singapore. I hold a Doctorate in Education from the University of Bath, where my research focused on the mobility of IB Diploma students in international schools, as well as master’s and undergraduate degrees in education management, music, and science. At FIS, we’re working on initiatives including redesigning the 6-12 timetable, navigating the integration of artificial intelligence in education, and implementing a phone-free school environment. I’m keen to connect with others working on similar transformative projects in education.
