About me
Howard Thiery has been a Public-School Superintendent for the last 14 years and is currently the Superintendent in Regional School District 10, Harwinton-Burlington, CT. He has been a Commissioner on the NEASC Commission on International Education for 5 years and is currently the Chair of that Commission. Howard is an adjunct faculty member in the Educational Leadership Program at the University of Connecticut where he has taught in the Principal Preparation Program for 11 years. Through his work with UConn, he was also a member of the design team and lead instructor in the Advanced Leadership Training Program in Amman, Jordan, which is a cooperative of the University of Connecticut, the Queen Rania Teachers’ Academy and the University of Jordan.
