As a proud mother of three daughters and a first-generation immigrant, Fadia understands the transformative power of education. Having experienced its life-changing benefits firsthand, she is privileged to serve the community in the field of education. She is driven by a deep commitment to empowering others through knowledge and personal growth. 

Fadia is a collaborative and innovative educator with over 25 years of experience in public and private education systems. A graduate of Damascus University and Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, she has dedicated more than 25 years to working with students and educators, leaving an indelible mark on countless lives.

Currently serving as the Principal of Saint Agnes Academy, Fadia has led the institution through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, successfully guiding it through the accreditation process. Under her visionary leadership, the academy has solidified its position as the best private school in the Berkshires for the past few years. Grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the broader Berkshire Community, Fadia is an executive member of the BCC Alumni Board. Her involvement in this fantastic organization allows her to give back to the community that has become her home by choice.

A Berkshire resident by choice, Fadia is deeply invested in the region's growth and development. Her dedication to education and community involvement is fueled by a genuine desire to create a better future for all, particularly the next generation.

Fadia is a dynamic workshop facilitator and co-lead, contributing her expertise to hundreds of professional development sessions. Her experience in diversity and inclusion allows her to bring knowledge and innovative techniques to each workshop. Whether presenting solo or collaborating with fellow industry leaders, Fadia's passion for fostering growth and learning shines through in every session she leads.
