The school’s strategic plan does not have to be a separate endeavor from the accreditation process, but rather the culmination and result of the accreditation process itself. Join school leaders Lucy Gowdie and Andreas Koini, and NEASC Director, Trillium Hibbeln as they share how to use the accreditation process for strategic success. Learn how to design a strategy that leads to school success by bringing strategic leadership and scholastic pursuit together through the
NEASC ACE Learning framework.
School leaders can use this process to engage their entire community in deep reflection about what is most likely to positively impact learning. Leaders filter through the different worlds and understandings within their learning communities and connect the pieces to work together strategically and maximize impact. The framework provided will enable the foundations of a strong learning community to evolve, as the Learning Principles tie into a more transparent culture.
Learn from school leaders Lucy Gowdie and Andreas Koini about the impact the ACE Learning Principles have had on strategic planning in their schools. Trillium Hibbeln, NEASC Director for International Education, will share tools and resources to integrate the accreditation process into your strategic roadmap.
This workshop is for heads of school, senior leaders, as well as board members, of schools using the ACE Learning pathway for accreditation. To learn more about ACE, visit
